The Playtime Video Games Park at Sky Avenue, Resorts World Genting

My brother and I love to play arcade games and we were so happy to play at The Playtime Video Games Park, a newly opened arcade at Sky Avenue, Resorts World Genting.

If you love virtual reality (VR) games, you have got to try out The Spacetime Squad Virtual Reality game here. This game gives players an out of this world experience.

My brother and I had a lot of fun racing here and my brother won 1st place. He is really good at playing arcade games.

I was better at the shooting game and managed to hit more targets.

All these games uses the EZiCash card. The card can be reloaded once you finish the credit in it. If you are hungry, there are many restaurants nearby including Wendy’s, The Baker’s Cottage, Texas Chicken, Pizza Hut, Kenny Roger’s Roasters, Marrybrown, Jr Curry House and Only Mee and Boat Noodle. There are also many stalls around the Marketplace area offering airbrush tattoo services, cute character backpacks, ice cream and more.

Jurassic Research Center at Sky Avenue, Resorts World Genting

Resorts World Genting is a fun place for both adults and children. My family loves to visit Resorts World Genting because there are lots of fun things to see, do, play and learn. If you really love dinosaurs and want to see real size dinosaurs come to live, check out the Jurassic Research Center at Sky Avenue.

You can actually hear these dinosaurs roar and see them move. It really made me feel like I traveled back in time when dinosaurs were alive and roaming in the jungle.

There is no better way of learning than interactivity and this centre does that best. Visitors will be startled when a Tyrannosaurus Rex magnificently roars as they walk by and witness a strange looking Gigantoraptor rear its head at them which really brings the place to life. Here, visitors can get up and close with dinosaurs like never before.

There is even a fossil laboratory to study the different specimen models of dinosaur fossils with detailed inscriptions. The exciting highlight is a 4D experience of witnessing velociraptors wrecking havoc in a discovery lab.

Operation times are from 10.00am to 10.00pm. Prices for the attractions may be purchased
separately or in a combo of two or three attractions. Prices vary for standard tickets for adults and children and for Genting Rewards members. For more information, call +603 6101 1118 or visit www.rwgenting.com

Ripley's Believe It or Not, Resorts World Genting

Ripley's Believe It or Not Adventureland is a very fun place for children and adults. Visitors that step into the area will immediately be greeted by armored elephants as they flap their massive ears.

Ripley Odditorium offers a self-guided tour through 100 exhibits. There is a careful balance between the strange, the shocking, and the beautiful. In the Odditorium, there are works of art made from everyday objects, incredible collections, and strange hobbies. I enjoyed seeing all the strange and weird but true things here at the Ripley's Believe It or Not Odditorium.

Vampire Woman
The World's most amazing man

Giant gorilla made out of tyres

Three-leg duck

This man's eyes can pop out.

There are more than 100 exhibits here. There are exhibits from the worlds of science and illusions, hands-on interactive displays, videos, wax figures, cartoons, photos, rare artifacts, and state of the art special effects, all set in exotic themed surroundings, including spooky graveyards, lush jungles and scenes of natural wonder.

I also loved the eye illusions section where I learnt more about science. Some experiments are hands-on type too.

There are lots more you can see, so please come up to Sky Avenue at Resorts World Genting and see all the exhibits yourself. For more information,  call +603 6101 1118 or visit www.rwgenting.com
