Legoland trip

Recently my family made a trip to Legoland, Johor. We will be going more often as we have the annual passes. My brother and I love Legoland because we love the rides there and the waterpark.
This was my 4th time going to Legoland.

These are some photos taken at the Waterpark. Mommy bought a new Nikon S33 waterproof camera for this trip. 

Waterpark slides were really fun and my brother and I went on it many times. We were tired at the end of the day but we were still reluctant to go back to the hotel.

Now that we have our annual passes, my family will be going to Legoland more often. I am a happy girl!

Hacken Lee Concert at Genting Highlands

My mommy was lucky to win 4 tickets to Hacken Lee concert from Astro.  My grandpa, grandma, mommy and I went to this concert. It was a very cold and foggy night. This concert was on Chinese New Year eve and it was a great celebration. However, due to the bad weather, there were no fireworks.

I really enjoyed the concert very much. Hacken Lee is a great singer!

This was how it looked at the parking lot. We had problem driving back since it was misty & foggy. So we slept in our car for a few house before driving home.

Swimming Lessons

My brother and I just started our swimming lessons near our house. I want to learn swimming because I like to swim and knowing how to swim can save my life or even others.

Our swimming coach taught us how to blow air in the water, to kick correctly and see in the water.
I am excited for my upcoming lessons. My brother was afraid of the water and didn't really put his whole head under the water. I think he needs some time to not be afraid of the water. I believe we can be good swimmers one day.

Handicraft Fun Time - Mirabelle Decoupage at Bangsar South

Last Saturday, my mom brought my brother and me to Bangsar South for some handicraft fun. I was really excited as I love to do handicraft work.

 The teachers of Mirabelle Decoupage teaching us how to do it correctly.

First we need to choose the design we like, cut, then peel out the other layers and stick the delicate thin decoration onto the purse and key chain. Use a sponge to press and smoothen it. Then we need to blow dry it with a hair dryer. Stick more decorations and blow dry again. The last part would be varnishing the surfaces of the designs and blow dry again. Here's my design!

 Look, this is so beautiful, right? It looks as if I painted the designs on the purse and key chains. That's the beauty of Mirabelle Decoupage. The decorative paper is from Germany. Some are from USA and Australia. Some have double layers or triple layers. The glue used is also a Decoupage special glue.

Kidzania

I love to go to Kidzania and I have been there many times since I was 4 years plus. I enjoy playing and learning at the same time. Kidzania is a fun place for all kids. These are some photos of me and my brother at Kidzania.

Recently I submitted my resume to Kidzania, trying to be a Kidzania Congrezz Kids. My resume was selected and I had to submit a video of myself, why I want to be a Kidzania Congrezz Kids.

I had to get many online votes to be chosen to the next level. There were 59 resumes selected for the 2 different categories. (7-9 years old and 10-12 years old).  After the online voting, only 40 participants from both categories were chosen. My mom helped me ask her friends to vote and I managed to get about 100 votes. Then there was a group discussion, interview and each of us had to introduce ourselves and do a special talent if we want in front of the theater at Kidzania to get public votes. I did a dance to the song "Happy" by Pharrell Williams.

Eventhough I did not make it for the final round, I was still happy because I gained a lot of experience throughout the whole selection of Kidzania Congrezz Kids. It was a very good experience for me. Congratulations to the 20 selected Kidzania Cogrezz Kids 2015/2016.
